Welcome to CurdCraft Co. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, shop, and subscription services. By accessing our platform and purchasing our premium dairy products, you agree to be bound by these provisions.

Our mission is to share the highest quality artisan cheeses and producer stories with you. To maintain the integrity of our service and the safety of our perishable goods, these rules have been established. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

CurdCraft Co. offers both one-time specialty cheese purchases and ongoing subscription boxes. By enrolling in a subscription, you acknowledge that your membership has a recurring payment feature and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation.

• All subscription fees are charged on the date of your original purchase each billing cycle.
• You may cancel or pause your dairy subscription at any time through your account portal, provided it is at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date.
• All prices are subject to change, though active subscribers will be notified well in advance of any pricing adjustments.

Artisan cheese is a delicate, living product. We take extreme care in packaging our cheeses with specialized cooling materials to ensure they arrive in optimal condition.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery or that the package is retrieved from the delivery location promptly. CurdCraft Co. cannot be held liable for products that spoil due to delivery delays caused by the customer, incorrect delivery details, or packages left unattended for extended periods.

Due to strict health and safety regulations regarding perishable food items, we cannot accept returns. If you experience an issue with the quality of your order upon arrival, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery.
